Project Overview
This project aims to introduce advanced automated broiler cage equipment, and improve the efficiency and economic benefits of broiler farming through technical improvements and equipment upgrades. The project will be implemented in several major breeding bases in Hebei Province, and plans to build a series of automated breeding facilities that meet international standards, including automatic feeding, automatic drinking water, environmental control systems, and manure treatment equipment, to comprehensively improve the management level of broiler farming.
Technical Solution
Automatic feeding system: The use of intelligent feeding equipment can accurately control the amount of feed according to the growth and eating habits of the chickens, reduce feed waste and improve feeding efficiency.
Automatic drinking water system: Introduce efficient drinking water equipment to ensure that broilers can get enough clean drinking water at different growth stages, improve the growth environment of broilers, and increase the survival rate and growth rate of broilers.
Environmental control system: Through the combination of temperature and humidity sensors and ventilation systems, the breeding environment is monitored and adjusted in real time to ensure that broilers grow at suitable temperature and humidity and reduce the incidence of diseases.
Manure and sewage treatment facilities: Equipped with efficient manure and sewage treatment equipment to realize the resource utilization of aquaculture waste, reduce environmental pollution, and improve the biosafety and environmental protection level of the farm.
Project Implementation(automated broiler cage equipment)
The implementation of the project is divided into several stages: market research and technical demonstration are carried out in the initial stage to select suitable equipment suppliers; then equipment procurement and transformation of farm infrastructure are carried out; and finally equipment installation and commissioning and personnel training are carried out.
